What has your attention
April 13th, 2010
In my experience what most pulls on the attention is not knowing what we are not doing. In other words, we have agreed to things but have not tracked them or we have tracked them well but have not done a weekly review to keep them conscious. Once we know everything we are committed to and can see it in writing, we can relax and make a choice about what needs to be done next. Continually look for what has your attention and address it by either writing it down, doing the action or dismissing it as complete in that moment.
